Dr. Achyut Adhikari is an Associate Professor and Extension Food Safety specialist at the Louisiana State University AgCenter. He is involved in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive issue-based educational outreach programming related to food safety regulations. He works closely with producers, packers, and processors on issues related to the U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements.
