We are happy to announce that with the increase in the complexity of the business and to handle
the growth, Ramesh Agarwal will be stepping into the role of full time CEO. This will help us get the
extra focus in setting and achieving our businesses goals as well as ensure better delivery of our
service to our customers. His leadership would help provide the team, necessary direction to
execute flawlessly.
Ramesh has been with Food Safety Works (and its earlier avatar as Quality and Food Safety
Consultants) as the COO for over 6 years and during this time he has become quite familiar with the
business, our customers and their needs. He has also been instrumental in setting up the internal
systems and processes to make our operations seamless. He has also executed projects on
organization and operation design helping our customers improve food safety within their
organizations. He will continue to do all of this and more.
For folks who may not know, Ramesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Post
Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management from IIM, Bangalore. In his past role as a technology
expert, he was instrumental in setting up multiple teams which developed cutting edge products.
We hope to use that expertise to provide cutting edge solutions as we enter an era of technology
driven implementations of food safety, with better tracking and traceability.
