On 6th September, FSSAI published a regulation that may be called the FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) First Amendment Regulations, 2021.
These amendments are in force from 6th September, 2021 and FBOs should comply with the provisions by 1st April, 2022.
