Through a letter dated 26th October 2021, FSSAI has decided to enforce the Food Safety and Standards (Advertising and Claims) Regulations, 2018 with immediate effect and a deadline of 1st July 2022, has been given to FBOs to comply with the amendment regulation Food Safety and Standards (Advertising and Claims) Amendment Regulations, 2021.
