Through a direction dated November 12th 2021, FSSAI has re- operationalised the FSS (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulation. Amendments have been made in the below sections
- Licensing and Registration of E- commerce food businesses operator.
- Documents to be enclosed for application of State / Central license for restaurants.
- Condition of License for restaurants.
- General requirements on hygiene and sanitary practices to be followed by FBOs applying for License.
- Establishment of small slaughterhouses.
- Good hygiene and manufacturing practices to be followed by catering or food service operations.
