On 28th December 2021, FSSAI published a clarification stating Food service establishments should comply with sub- regulation 2.4.6: Display of information in food service establishments (Menu Labelling ) as specified in FSS (Packaging and Labelling) Regulation 2011 w.e.f 1st Jan 2022.
