On 26th April 2022, FSSAI issued a letter regarding initiation of the process for the State Food Safety Index 2021-22. FSSAI will evaluate the performance of the State/UTs based on the compliance to food safety parameters to improve the Food Safety ecosystem. The required data is requested to be submitted by 10.05.2022 through the online portal www.fssai.gov.in/sfsi
