On 17th June, FSSAI issued a direction regarding extension of the time period for the compliance related to Milk Logo. In consideration of the representations received from various stakeholders regarding mandatory use of Milk Logo in milk and milk products, regarding clarity on the textual part, dimensions and colour scheme of the logo, it has been decided to extend the timeline for its mandatory compliance to 31st December,2022. FBOs willing to comply earlier will be free to do so.
