On 22nd June 2022, FDA released a notification for FSVP Importers. As per the notice from July 24, 2022, the entity identification code “UNK” will no longer be accepted in the Entity Number field by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). All FSVP importers will be required to submit their valid 9-digit DUNS number in the entity number field.
