FSSAI Notice: Method for determination of Gamma Oryzanol content in Oils and Vitamins in Fortified Oil and Fortified Rice

On 4th July 2022, FSSAI issued a notice inviting public comments on the HPLC method for determination of Gamma Oryzanol content in oils (Rice bran oil and other vegetable oils), Method for determination of Vitamin A, D2, and D3 in Edible oil and fats and Method for determination of Iron, Folic acid (Vitamin B9) and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) in Fortified rice.

These methods have been approved by the scientific Panel on Methods of Sampling and Analysis. Any comments/suggestions along with supporting scientific evidence may be sent to sp-sampling@fssai.gov.in in the prescribed format, within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
