On 13th July 2022, FSSAI issued an order regarding the extension of the Suspension of M/s Megsan Labs Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana. As per this order, the lab has been suspended further for nine months, from carrying out analysis of samples under the FSS Act, 2006 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
