A Twitter user Arun Kolluri shared pictures of glass pieces in a pizza that he ordered from Domino’s. He also attached the photo of the pizza containing the glass pieces. While Dominos clarified that they follow a strict no glass policy in their kitchen, it is not clear how the glass ended up in the pizza. While the facility may not have any glass, not adhering to the jewellery policy can bring glass into the kitchen which can end up contaminating the food.
