US FDA Warning: Illegal sale of food and beverage products containing Cannabidiol (CBD)
On 21st November 2022, FDA warned the companies that sell food and beverage products containing Cannabidiol (CBD). The companies manufacturing such products are requested to consider the above concerns and share reports within 15 working days, stating why the products are not in violation of the law, failure to which will result in legal action.
