On 28th Nov 2022, the Department of Revenue (Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs) published a circular regarding Improvements in SWIFT. The Digital Import Clearance System of AQCS-ICS has been developed by AQCS (Animal Quarantine and Certification Services-Import Clearance System) for purposes of improved functioning. It will be effective from 01.12.2022.
