On 9th December 2022, FSSAI issued a direction regarding extension of time-period for mandatory compliance of declaration of milk logo on milk & milk products. Since the specifications (dimensions and colour scheme) of the milk logo are still being finalized, it has been decided to extend the timeline for at least six months from the date of issue of such specifications for compliance with milk logo requirements.
