On 13th April 2023, FSSAI issued an order regarding an extension of permission of 6 months, for the second time, to the Tea Manufacturing FBOs/Estates to use the non-retail bulk tea packages. The Tea estates/ Tea Manufacturing FBOs who have been granted approval letters by this office for the utilization of non-retail pre-printed packaging material for a period of 03 months may be read as extensions for 06 months from the date of issuance of the approval letter.
