UpSkill Session: Getting your lab NABL (17025 Standard) Certified
National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is a Constituent Board of Quality Council of India. This training is designed to present conformity assessment concepts for the certification of calibrating and testing laboratory services as defined in ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The presentations will focus on building an understanding of the standard’s requirements, its benefits, and why it has become the international benchmark for testing and calibrating laboratories.

Course Outline:
Become familiar with the NABL accreditation process and its reliance on ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Identify the content (including types of documents and data) that may be helpful in demonstrating compliance with each requirement and how this content is reviewed during an assessment.
Define terminology and identify documents, best practices, and other resources that can be helpful in building an understanding of the standards.
Course Trainer Profile
Instructors:Dr. Lalitha Gowda
Lalitha comes with a 35 years of professional experience as a research scientist, in the domain. She is currently the Chairman, Scientific Panel on Genetically Modified Foods and has previously served as a Former Chief Scientist CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, Former Member of FSSAI, Member Scientific Committee, FSSAI.
This introduces & demonstrates several tools which can be utilised when working through an issue such as customer complaints to get to the root cause of the problems.
To train the personnel working in the Food storage and transportation establishments, about food safety and hygiene requirements which are to be followed in their daily work practices.
The objective of this FOSTAC training is to understand the importance of food safety for all FBO as per the guidance manual of FSSAI for catering. The session also includes the guidelines for FBO during Covid-19 as per FSSAI.
