FSSAI Gazette Notification: FSS (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) First Amendment Regulations, 2022

On 13th September 2022, FSSAI published the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) First Amendment Regulations, 2022. The amendment is regarding the inclusion of standard for Fermented Soybean Curd and Fermented Soybean Curd (made with S. thermophilus + L. bulgaricus). This amendment comes into effect from 1st April 2023.
