FSSAI order on declaration of Central Public Information Officers and Appellate Authorities
On 18th January 2022, FSSAI released an office order on the declaration of Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and Appellate Authorities (AAs). The order provides a list of CPIOs and AAs in FSSAI, who will be responsible for providing information/ considering an appeal in respect of applications preferred by persons seeking information/ appeal under the Right To Information (RTI) Act,2005.
