FSSAI Publishes Draft Regulation on FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food)

On 6^th September, FSSAI published a draft regulation called the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Foods and Novel Foods) Amendment Regulations, 2021.

Stakeholders can submit their objections or suggestions within 60 days from the date this draft was uploaded.
