Schedule 4 of the Food Safety and Standards Licencing and Registration Regulations, 2011, has been simplified to deliver training through 25 certification courses (24+1 self-learning course) developed by a panel of domain experts appointed by the FSSAI and covering the entire food value chain. , to aid FBOs in understanding and complying with hygiene and sanitary requirements.
