About Training
Training is an integral part of maintaining an effective FSMS. We offer a variety of trainings in multiple delivery models to ensure that it meets the customer requirements. Our self learning courses are delivered using our state of the art learning management system. The same may also be enabled using a phone app if required.
Our class room trainings can be conducted both at our premises or at the customer locations. All our trainings are delivered by industry experts who are a part of the team.
Training Schedule for the Month
FSSAI FoSTac Training
FosTac (Food Safety Training and Certification) is a training program mandated by FSSAI, the regulatory and standards of India. Every food establishment is required to have one certified food safety supervisor for every 25 food handlers. As a training partner of FSSAI, we offer various courses under this program, namely the Basic Program for Food Handlers, Food Safety Supervisor for Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Catering and other vertical specific programs on milk and milk products, bakery, meat and poultry and the like. The duration of the courses vary from a 4 hour course for food handlers to 2 days for some of the special programs.
As the largest training partner for FoSTac based out of Karnataka, we have delivered over 150 trainings. Our trainings are delivered by experts who come with deep domain expertise delivered online through our academy learning portal or offline classroom at your site. While English is the most preferred language, we can deliver trainings in Hindi, Nepali, Kannada and Telugu as well.
Master Class
Our Master Class is an immersive online experience that is usually a four-hour session . Master classes are instructor lead and scheduled from 2-6PM on a Friday. The classes are conducted by domain experts and are helpful for you to get quickly ramped up on the topic. Each class has a Q&A section where you will have the opportunity to interact with the expert. The recording for the trainings are available on the platform up to 1 week so that you can review the content in case of any doubts. UpSkill
Our UpSkill Sessions cover topics that are constantly evolving and undergoing changes and these 3 hours short courses help you catch up to the latest standard. Each class has a Q&A section where you will have the opportunity to interact with the expert. This is an instructor lead course and the recording for the same are available for you to review up to 1 week from the completion of the course. Workshops
Workshops are 1/2 day long and cover topics related to the various standards and topics that form the back bone of the Food Safety Management Systems. The workshops may be conducted online or as a class room session at our office/client premises. The sessions include case studies, sample exercises and apply role based learning methodology. All workshops are conducted by experts who have implemented these systems across multiple sites and multiple food verticals

PCQI Training
FSMA is applicable to businesses within US and those exporting to US. Everyone exporting to the US will now have to update their polices and processes to comply with the new regulations.
All businesses exporting to the US require that a Preventive Control Qualified Individual should help your company ensure that they are compliant.
The PCQI-Human food is a 2.5 day course as per the curriculum designed by FSPCA. This can be delivered either as an online course or as a classroom course.
